Fits either knee.<br><br>- 360˚ straps to help better maintain positioning on knee while providing secure comfort around the leg.<br><br>- Anatomically correct patella to better help stabilize, cushion, and protect knee cap.<br><br>- Spandex heat and moisture management window behind knee for comfort and breathability.<br><br>- Helps Prevent hyperextension of knee.<br><br>Instructions:<br><br>• Loosen all straps.<br><br>• Slide knee brace on.<br><br>• Align patella opening over your kneecap.<br><br>• Secure top and bottom straps.<br><br>• Adjust for comfort.<br><br><br>Care:<br><br>Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.
